We’re Ogden Roots Farm — a small, family-run operation nestled in the valley. We believe good food starts with healthy soil, careful stewardship, and a deep respect for the land we tend.
What We Grow
We grow a rotating mix of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruits — all tended by hand and harvested at peak ripeness. Current offerings include:
- Vegetables: Tomatoes, peppers, squash, greens, root vegetables
- Herbs: Basil, oregano, thyme, and more
- Seasonal: We rotate crops throughout the year to keep the soil healthy and our tables interesting
Our Practices
We farm the way we think it should be done:
- No synthetic pesticides or herbicides — we rely on companion planting, cover crops, and healthy soil biology
- Composting everything — all organic matter stays on the farm
- Water-conscious — drip irrigation and rain collection where possible
- Open farm — we welcome neighbors, questions, and curious kids
